Are your games brand new or pre-owned?

All our items are authentic retro games and second-hand consoles. Because these are classic pre-owned items, they may show light cosmetic wear consistent with age, but every single item is thoroughly cleaned, tested, and verified working before being listed.

How do you test and prepare your items?

Every console, controller, and game cartridge/disc goes through a strict testing process. Pins are cleaned, laser lenses are checked, and save batteries are tested (and replaced if necessary) so everything arrives ready to play.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver exclusively within the UK using Royal Mail. We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, we charge a simple flat-rate shipping fee at checkout, no matter how many items you buy.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail or courier. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once dispatched.

How do you package fragile retro items?

We take great care in packaging. Boxed games, retro consoles, and accessories are bubble-wrapped securely and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent damage in transit.

What happens if my item arrives and doesn't work?

While all items are fully tested before listing, electronics can occasionally have issues during transport. If your item doesn't work on arrival, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.

Do you offer a warranty on hardware?

Yes, all consoles and official controllers come with a 30-day warranty covering functional faults.
